In this Policy Midhurst Community Choir is referred to as “We” “Us” and “Our”

This information is collected for internal administrative purposes only and will not be shared with any third parties. At present, We need your full name and e-mail address for Our own record keeping as well as to provide you with any updated information about the choir.  We also would also like to stay in touch with you by email to inform you of our concerts, social evenings and other activities that the choir may undertake. We will process your data in connection with the activities listed above and for legal or regulatory requirements.
